Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 15 Business Days (based on destination)

Please note: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Orders $51.00 and above – Flat rate $10.00 shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Use this number to track your package and stay updated on delivery status.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses:

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete and your order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the full re-shipping cost.

Changing the Shipping Address:

If you need to update your delivery address, please reach out to us before your order is shipped. Once the package is in transit, we’re unable to make changes.

Order Cancellations:

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for post-shipping returns and exchanges.

Damaged Packages:

If your order arrives damaged, we recommend these steps:

  • Refuse delivery if damage is visible during receipt.
  • If delivered in your absence, take photos of the damaged package and contact our support team right away.

We’ll assess the situation and assist you with a replacement or refund if eligible

Sales Tax:

Applicable sales tax is already included in product prices and shipping charges at checkout. No additional tax will be collected upon delivery.
